Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as shown at checkout) at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. [OWNER: how you'll notify customers before a price change, e.g. "We'll email you at least 30 days before any price change."]
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your account (Cancel renewal, or Manage billing). You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it. Your license stays active for the rest of the paid period and a short grace period; if the payment isn't recovered, paid features stop and the free plan continues.
Changes
You can switch plans from your account. [OWNER: proration rules if you allow upgrades and downgrades.]
