Receipts and invoices
Stripe emails a receipt for every payment. You can also open all invoices from your account.
Change or cancel a subscription
Open your account and choose Manage billing, or Cancel renewal. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period.
A payment failed
Update your card under Manage billing. Stripe retries automatically; your access continues during the retry period shown in your account.
