About these terms
These terms apply to the ZENO website, accounts, and the ZENO desktop app, provided by [OWNER: legal business name] ("we"). By creating an account or using ZENO you agree to them.
Accounts
You need an account to download ZENO, buy a license, or use online features. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least [OWNER: minimum age, e.g. 16] years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
Acceptable use
Don't use ZENO or its online services to break the law, break the rules of games or competitions you take part in, attack or overload our services, or share content you don't have the right to share. Some games don't allow input remapping or macros: it's your responsibility to follow each game's rules.
Purchases
Prices, billing periods and device limits are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled (see Subscriptions and Cancellation). Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep online services available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Controller features run on your PC and don't depend on our servers. We may change these terms; we'll tell you about material changes by email or on the website before they take effect.
